Who we are
DealPacer is a trade name of Wals Corporate Law B.V., Walborg 2A, 1082 AM, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 95724508. We are the controller for the personal data described in this statement. We intend to transfer DealPacer to a separate company within our group. If we do, we will let you know; that company will use your email address only for the same purpose, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can reach us at privacy@dealpacer.com.
What we process
When you sign up for updates, we process your email address and the date and time of your sign-up. To protect the sign-up form against spam, our email provider checks whether the form is filled in by a person, for example by looking at how long the form was open and whether a keyboard, mouse or touchscreen was used. This check does not use cookies. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Why we process it
We use your email address only to send you updates about the launch of DealPacer and our pilots. We do this on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us. Withdrawing your consent does not affect emails sent before that time.
Who helps us
We use Laposta, a Dutch provider, to manage our mailing list and send emails. Laposta processes your data on our behalf and stores it in the Netherlands. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep only what is needed to make sure you receive no further emails. If you did not sign up yourself, use the unsubscribe link in the welcome email and we will remove your address.

This website does not use cookies or analytics.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@dealpacer.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
